Residential Cleaning
It is our most popular service, a commonly-requested service for families, busy professionals who want to enjoy quality time. Residential cleaning includes mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning sinks, faucets, mirrors, appliances, and toilets, making the bed, and general cleaning throughout the house.

Deep Cleaning
Ideal for homes that have gone months without being cleaned or have NOT been professionally cleaned in a while. This service includes the standard cleaning plus a thorough deep cleaning of the entire bottom floor that needs to be clean. It includes cleaning of Interior Windows, Dusting Blinds, Polish wood surfaces, and baseboards. sills, detail blinds & detail baseboards.

Move In and Move Out Cleaning
This move in and move out cleaning service is extremely thorough top to bottom, designed to prepare a home for a new tenant. This service includes: Deep clean glass & mirrors, remove spots from surfaces, scrub down & detail baseboards, clean interior windows and dust blinds, clean inside fridge and oven, clean inside cabinets, deodorize & remove unwanted odors, remove pet hairs, scrub down shower & toilets.

IMPORTANT: FOR MOVE OUT CLEANING SERVICES, HOMES SHOULD BE COMPLETELY EMPTY. NO FOOD OR FURNITURE LEFT. SHOULD HAVE ELECTRICITY & WATER.

We usually don’t give exact time frames for our cleaning.However, based on years of experience we usually estimate 30minutes to 1hour per bedroom,and 1-1.5 hours per full bath but it will always vary based on the size and the actual condition of the house upon arrival. Deep cleanings take more time than a recurring service since the service includes more tasks. Please remember, because we quote cleaning jobs sight unseen, your particular project could take more or less time based on the actual amount of work to be done.

Yes, we do have discounts for recurring services. Recurring discounts start AFTER the first cleaning service. If you skip cleaning so that your cleaning’s frequency is lower than what you were set up for, your price will increase to the pricing level for the lower frequency. We offer the following discounts for recurring service:

Every 3 weeks 5% off

We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants in our hiring process & we are fully licensed, bonded & insured.

Our website is protected by an extended validation SSL certificate. Our booking form has its own layer of security protocol. Rest assured we take security very seriously.

It’s up to you, most of our clients preferred to be away during cleaning. We can always arrange different ways for our visit. You must leave keys hidden under the mat, in the mailbox, with a neighbor, front desk, or give us a spare. We will need to have a key or security code for the alarm system, we have systems in place to keep your keys secure.

Payment is due at the time service is rendered, we accept credit, debit, cash & check. In the event payment is not collected at the job site, the credit card on file will be charged for the total due.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with each cleaning service we provide. Our mission is to provide our clients with the best possible service available, still we realize that we are human, things will from time to time get missed. If you are not absolutely delighted with the cleaning, we will re-service the area, free of cost within 24 hours of notification.
